Good news!! The market has turned as of April. In fact since April the Price Index for the Phoenix-Metro area has seen 5-7% increases per month since. This is great news for many homeowners sitting on the fence considering selling.
Because inventory levels dropped from over 5 month supply a year ago to now only 2 months, houses are selling for more because of sheer competition.
4th quarter will see some slowing but everything suggests 2013 should be a great year for the Arizona market. 😉
